Communication on reservations and cancellations:
|
|
|
|
- In case of improving the day of exit once in the establishment,
|
|
the client beside paying the passed days of stay,
|
|
it will not have right to return of the bail delivered in its day
|
|
to bill of the reservation; art.36 of the decree 50/1989 of July 5
|
|
on arrangement and classification of hotel establishments in Cantabria. Art. 36.
|
|
The annulment of reservation , it will give right to retain as maximum,
|
|
with a view to indemnification the following percentage of the demanded sign:
|
|
|
|
- 5 % when the annulment is done with more than 30 days of precedence to
|
|
the date fixed to occupy the housing. - 50 % when the annulment of
|
|
reservation(reserve) is done with 30 or fewer days and more 7days.
|
|
|
|
- 100 % when it is done with less than 7 days. The reservations
|
|
will have to be effected with a top precedence to 24 h
|
|
of the from date of the stay, to realize reservations in the same day
|
|
it must put in touch with THE HOTEL CARREJO'S GARDEN for telephone.
|
|
|
|
The modifications in the reservations will be subject to the availability
|
|
that exists in this moment. </strong><strong> The schedule of entry is of 13,30h to 20,00h.
|
|
Must warn in case that the arrival is delayed to more of them 20,00h.
|
|
In case it happens the fixed hour and any news is not had,
|
|
the reservation will be understood annulled. The room will have
|
|
to give up to them 12,30h of the day of exit. The returns of money will be
|
|
realized in the time and form that they resolve the client and the establishment.</strong></span></pre> </td>
