<p>The document details are displayed on this page.</p>

<li>Click the relevant Edit buttons to edit the document name or add

Generic Meta Data (may not be available)</li>

<li>Click the Download button to download a copy of this document onto
|
|
your PC</li>
|
|
<li>Click the Email button to e-mail the document link to another
|
|
user</li>
|
|
<li>Click the Delete button to delete this document (may not be
|
|
available)</li>
|
|
<li>Click the History button to view the transaction history of this
|
|
document.</li>
|

<li>Click the Check-Out button to check this document out, or the
|
|
Check-In button to check the document back in. <b>Note:</b> Other users
|
|
cannot make updates to a checked-out document.

<li>Click the Subscribe/ Unsubscribe button to change your subscription
|
|
status. Subscribing to this document means that you will receive
|
|
notifications of any changes to the status of the document, such as
|
|
check-outs or updates. Clicking the Unsubscribe button will stop the
|
|
notifications from being sent to you.</li>

<p><b>For authorised users only</b>:</p>
|
|
|
|
<p>This page displays the document routing details. These include the
|
|
collaboration sequence and whether or not this step of the collaboration
|
|
process is Active (pending approval) or Done (approved). </p>
|
|
|
|
<p>To assign a player to a particular role, click the Edit button next
|
|
to the role you wish to assign.</p>
|
|
|
|
<p>Once all the players have been assigned click Begin to start the
|
|
collaboration process. An immediate notification will be sent to the
|
|
first player in the sequence.</p>
