<pre><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="1" ><b>Comunicaci&oacute;n sobre reservas y cancelaciones:
- En caso de adelantar el d&iacute;a de salida una vez en el establecimiento, el cliente
adem&aacute;s de abonar los d&iacute;as de estancia transcurridos, no tendr&aacute; derecho a
devoluci&oacute;n de la fianza entregada en su d&iacute;a a cuenta de la reserva; art.36 del
decreto 50/1989 de 5 de Julio sobre ordenaci&oacute;n y clasificaci&oacute;n de
establecimientos hoteleros en Cantabria.
Art. 36. La anulaci&oacute;n de reserva, dar&aacute; derecho a retener como m&aacute;ximo, en
concepto de indemnizaci&oacute;n el siguiente porcentaje de la se&ntilde;al exigida:
- El 5% cuando la anulaci&oacute;n se haga con m&aacute;s de 30 d&iacute;as de antelaci&oacute;n a la fecha
fijada para ocupar el alojamiento.
- El 50% cuando la anulaci&oacute;n de reserva se haga con 30 o menos d&iacute;as y m&aacute;sde 7.
- El 100% cuando se haga con menos de 7 d&iacute;as.
Las reservas deber&aacute;n efectuarse con una antelaci&oacute;n superior a 24 h de la fecha
de inicio de la estancia, para realizar reservas en el mismo d&iacute;a debe ponerse en
contacto con LA CASONA DE SUESA por tel&eacute;fono. Las modificaciones en
las reservas estar&aacute;n sujetas a la disponibilidad que haya en ese momento.

El horario de entrada es de 13,30h a 20,00h. debiendo avisar en caso que la
llegadase demore a m&aacute;s de las 20,00h. En caso de que pase la hora fijada y
no se tenga noticia alguna, se entender&aacute; anulada la reserva.
La habitaci&oacute;n deber&aacute; abandonarse a las 12,30h del d&iacute;a de salida.
Las devoluciones de dinero ser&aacute;n realizadas en el tiempo y forma que acuerden
el cliente y el establecimiento. </font></b></pre>

Y si es en temporadas de frio...encendemos la chimena.
Con que nos avises antes de las 8 de la tarde, te guardamos una mesa. Tenemos una peque&ntilde;a carta, que contiene los productos
de la zona,...unas buenas ensaladas, (templada de ventresca, tomate con cebolla roja...) croquetas caseras de jam&oacute;n, anchoas.
O pasando por el riquisimo foie con mermelada de naranja, confit de pato,...o el mundo del huevo frito,tanto con chorizo,
estrellado o con gulas. Una cocina casera para todos aquellos que deseen disfrutar de un rato de tranquilidad.
