+LA POSADA LALLOSA de Somo establece un procedimiento de reservas conforme al
+ordenamiento de establecimientos hoteleros publicado por el Gobierno de Cantabria
+en el Decreto 50 /1989 ( Boletín Oficial del Gobierno de Cantabria : B.O.C ) 
+
+Las reservas serán confirmadas mediante el ingreso de un anticipo en concepto 
+de fianza por transferencia bancaria o cargo en tarjeta visa del cliente.
+( Se estable un período máximo de 3 días hábiles después de la pre-reserva y siempre 
+con un mínimo de 48 horas antes de la fecha de entrada prevista en nuestro 
+establecimiento. 
+
+El cliente recibirá asimismo un escrito de confirmación de reserva emitido por parte
+de LA POSADA LA LLOSA por correo electronico, fax o correo ordinario que será
+enviado el mismo día en que se tenga constancia del ingreso de la fianza. 
+En caso de anulación o cancelación de la reserva se atiende a lo estipulado en
+el art. 36 del ordenamiento : En caso de adelantar el día de salida establecido en 
+la reserva, el cliente, además de abonar los días de la estancia transcurridos,
+no tendrá derecho a devolución de la fianza entregada en su día a cuenta de 
+la reserva. La anulación de reserva, dará derecho a retener como máximo, en 
+concepto de indemnización el siguiente porcentaje de la señal exigida: 
+
+- El 5% cuando la anulación se haga con más de 30 días 
+  de antelación a la fecha fijada para ocupar el alojamiento. 
+- El 50% cuando la anulación de reserva se haga con 30 o menos días y más de 7. 
+- El 100% cuando se haga con menos de 7 días. 
+
+El horario de entrada en la Posada es de 1 4 h a 20h . La no presentación por parte del
+cliente antes de las veinte horas del día señalado para el comienzo de la estancia,
+podrá motivar la anulación de la reserva si no hubiere aviso de retraso. 
+La habitación deberá abandonarse antes de las 12h del día señalado para la salida. 
+Los precios publicados en esta página web están actualizados y han sido aprobados
+y sellados por el Organismo competente de la  Dirección Regional de Turismo del
+Gobierno de Cantabria.

Le recordamos que este establecimiento no puede antender reservas con animales
+de compañía por no afectar a la buena convivencia de otros clientes o a la salud

Tenemos ocho habitaciones completas envueltas en diferentes ambientes, cada una con una personalidad propia . 
+Muebles antiguos, baules, tocadores, armarios ... todo transmite el gusto por el detalle, cada estancia es un rincón.

Los cuartos de baño se cuidan con idéntico mimo, todos distintos, estan recubiertos de cerámicas originales y sobrias,

+En la autovia Santander / Bilbao tomar la salida 202 Heras-Pedreña ; 
+dirigirse siempre en dirección Pedreña , pasamos este pueblo y 
+ya vemos la Bahia de Santander a nuestra izquierda, cruzamos el puente sobre la ria de Cubas y llegamos a Somo. 
+No nos desviamos al ver los carteles de playas , seguimos por la carretera general unos 200 mts más, 
+hasta llegar al alto y en cuanto pasamos la señal de 50 ya vemos los carteles de la posada a la derecha, 
+tomar el primer camino de la derecha y en unos metros esta el acceso al parking de La Llosa.

+Procedimiento de Reservas
+ 
+
+LA POSADA LA LLOSA de Somo establece un procedimiento de reservas conforme 
+al ordenamiento de establecimientos hoteleros publicado por el Gobierno de Cantabria en el Decreto 50 /1989 
+( Boletín Oficial del Gobierno de Cantabria : B.O.C ) 
+Las reservas serán confirmadas mediante el ingreso de un anticipo en concepto de fianza 
+por transferencia bancaria o cargo en tarjeta visa del cliente.
+( Se estable un período máximo de 3 días hábiles 
+después de la pre-reserva y siempre con un mínimo 
+de 48 horas antes de la fecha de entrada prevista en nuestro establecimiento. 
+El cliente recibirá asimismo un escrito de confirmación de reserva emitido por parte de LA POSADA LA LLOSA por correo electronico, 
+fax o correo ordinario que será enviado el mismo día en que se tenga constancia del ingreso de la fianza. 
+En caso de anulación o cancelación de la reserva se atiende a lo estipulado en el art. 36 del ordenamiento : 
+En caso de adelantar el día de salida establecido en la reserva, el cliente, 
+además de abonar los días de la estancia transcurridos,no tendrá derecho a devolución de la fianza entregada en su día a cuenta de la reserva. 
+La anulación de reserva, dará derecho a retener como máximo, en concepto de indemnización el siguiente porcentaje de la señal exigida: 
+- El 5% cuando la anulación se haga con más de 30 días de antelación a la fecha fijada para ocupar el alojamiento. 
+- El 50% cuando la anulación de reserva se haga con 30 o menos días y más de 7. - El 100% cuando se haga con menos de 7 días. 
+El horario de entrada en la Posada es de 1 4 h a 20h . 
+La no presentación por parte del cliente antes de las veinte horas del día señalado para el comienzo de la estancia, 
+podrá motivar la anulación de la reserva si no hubiere aviso de retraso. 
+La habitación deberá abandonarse antes de las 12h del día señalado para la salida. 
+Los precios publicados en esta página web están actualizados y 
+han sido aprobados y sellados por el Organismo competente de la Dirección Regional de Turismo del Gobierno de Cantabria. 
+Le recordamos que este establecimiento no puede antender reservas con animales de compañía por no afectar a la buena convivencia de otros clientes 
+o a la salud de personas con afecciones asmáticas, alergias, etc ..... Las reservas han de realizarse por el número de personas nominal aceptado para cada tipo de habitación o apartamento. 
+Cualquier variación de este cupo ( supletorias, cunas,etc...) ha de comunicarse previamente a LA POSADA LA LLOSA de Somo.
