d92ab05f35 feat: refactor badge component and update related usages 
- Replaced instances of Badge with RdxBadge in SupplierStatusBadge, DataTableFacetedFilter, MultiSelectField, and other components.
- Updated RdxEditorPageLayout to use width prop instead of complexity.
- Added new recurring proforma operational summary feature with tests.
- Introduced recurring proforma status entity and related UI helpers.
- Enhanced recurring proforma list and detail views with new components and hooks.
- Added tests for new functionality and components.

6bd5ed0e84 fix: update API server URL in development environment and enhance issued invoice model search index 
- Changed VITE_API_SERVER_URL from http://192.168.0.104:3002/api/v1 to http://172.31.142.243:3002/api/v1 in .env.development file.
- Added 'invoice_reference' to the FULLTEXT index fields in sequelize-issued-invoice.model.ts for improved search capabilities.
- Added a new document detailing the design and information presentation for recurring proformas.
